shipping + returns

 

river+ road ships to all 50 states. All online orders will be shipped within 5 business days of being placed.  you will receive a tracking number via email when your purchase ships.

here at river + road, we want to love what you have purchased. if you have purchased something that you are not satisfied with, we do accept returns of unworn, unwashed apparel with tags and home décor in it’s original condition. 

in store returns

you may return apparel, accessories and home décor, unworn, unwashed, with tags, in it’s original condition within 10 days of purchasing. *during the holiday season – gift returns/exchanges will be honored 2 weeks after the Christmas.

online returns

you may return apparel and home décor, unworn, unwashed, with tags, in it’s original condition within 10 days of delivery.  The postmark date will be the date of the return.  All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.  Please email your tracking number once you have shipped your return to kw@riverandroad.com.  If your purchase is over $75, you may consider purchasing extra insurance.

on-line broken or damaged items

prior to shipping, all items will be thoroughly inspected.  Sometimes things do break when shipped.  In those cases, please take a picture, immediately upon arrival and email it to kw@riverandroad.com.  Please include your contact information and we will either credit your account or ship out another. 

final sale items

sale items  + apothecary + eyewear are all final sale items and are not eligible for returns. * only during the Christmas holiday season, sale items given as gifts, may be returned/exchanged following our return policy outlined above.  

price adjustments

we honor price adjustments within 4 days of original purchase. we will put the difference on a giftcard. we do not honor price adjustments during our twelve days of Christmas sale.  we do not honor an adjustment on an already reduced item.
